Salary: €90,000–€100,000 + Accommodation + Travel + €28,000 Living Allowance + 10/4 Rotation

We are representing a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major data centre and mission-critical projects across Europe.

An experienced OFCI Engineer is required to coordinate owner-furnished, contractor-installed equipment and materials on a major data centre project. The role involves managing vendor interfaces, equipment deliveries, documentation, installation readiness and coordination with commissioning and construction teams to ensure equipment is delivered and integrated in line with the project programme.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate OFCI equipment and materials from procurement through delivery, installation and handover.

* Liaise with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams to manage equipment requirements.

* Track procurement schedules, delivery dates, material status and equipment availability.

* Coordinate vendor documentation, technical submittals and equipment records.

* Support factory witness testing (FWT) and off-site testing activities.

* Coordinate equipment installation readiness with electrical, mechanical and commissioning teams.

* Monitor progress against project schedules and identify potential delivery or coordination risks.

* Attend vendor meetings, site coordination meetings and project planning sessions.

* Maintain accurate equipment registers, delivery records and tracking documentation.

* Support quality checks, inspections, snagging and close-out of OFCI-related items.

* Coordinate with commissioning teams to ensure equipment and documentation are ready for testing and handover.

* Assist with reporting, risk management and resolution of vendor or supply-chain issues.

* Ensure project procedures and health and safety requirements are followed.

Essential Requirements

* Experience in equipment, materials, vendor or supply-chain coordination within an engineering, procurement or construction environment.

* Knowledge of OFCI equipment and materials management.

* Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.

* Understanding of factory witness testing, equipment testing or commissioning processes.

* Strong organisational, communication and documentation skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams.

* Flexibility to support project deadlines and handover periods.

* EU passport required.
