Rostudios is the European market leader in social fitness, with thriving cycling and reformer pilates studios across Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Cologne, Utrecht, Brussels, Munich, and Groningen.

Our office headquarters is based in Amsterdam and we are looking for an Office Coordinator to manage all daily office operations. You will be a jack of all trades, ensuring smooth workflow by handling administrative tasks, managing supplies, facilitating communication and supporting staff, as a central point of efficiency and organisation.

Task / Responsibilities:

Managing the office Catering communication and dealing with any questions from catering company or employees
Processing, ordering and receiving weekly groceries for the office
Ordering and tracking office supplies
Point of contact for all office service vendors, i.e. Vodafone, Ziggo, Xerox, and Norton
Handle employee agreements (phone / laptop / keys) for existing and onboarding employees
Contact with CBRE our technical support for the office
Handle all Contact with cleaning service and ensure they are cleaning to the correct standard
Coordinator the celebration of office team birthdays

Your qualifications

Based in Netherlands, preferably Amsterdam as this is where our office is located
Available to work 12 hours a week - 3 days week at the office working 4 hours. Preferably Mon, Tuesday and Thursday
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable using standard office tools (email, calendars, documents)
Comfortable working independently, but also a strong team player
Able to manage routine tasks while handling ad-hoc requests
Takes ownership of office-related topics and vendors
