• You compile files, keep them up to date, and ensure that project teams always have the right insights.
• You work according to a uniform and professional approach to environmental management
• You monitor political and societal developments and translate these into impact and opportunities for projects.
• You work closely with environmental managers and the regional director on an integrated stakeholder approach.
• You develop strong communication and participation approaches together with colleagues and communication advisors.
• You design participation processes and coordinate their implementation from start to finish
Requirements:
• A relevant higher professional or university degree, preferably in communication, public administration, or spatial planning
• At least 5 years of experience with participation and complex (preferably infrastructure) projects
• Living in North Holland is a plus, as is a network in and knowledge of North Holland.
• You combine strategic insight and tactical ability with a hands-on approach
• You are analytically strong, think in scenarios, and switch gears quickly and thoughtfully.
• You have experience developing environmental strategies and organizing participation processes.
• You are able to develop a targeted, effective approach for diverse stakeholders.
• You have knowledge of spatial and infrastructural developments
• You are empathetic, connecting, and know how to bring people and organizations along.
• You work independently, are proactive, and think in terms of opportunities and solutions
• Above all, you are enthusiastic and driven to take on this role and work on the energy transition together with your colleagues.
