On -site Supervisor

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within warehouse, production, data center, or similar operational environments.
  


• The On-site Lead / Supervisor is responsible for managing daily operations at the assigned hub, ensuring efficient workflow, effective task allocation, queue management, and strict adherence to SLA requirements.
  


• Primary operational point of contact for the client at the site level and oversees quality control, documentation accuracy, inventory coordination, and warehouse operations.
  


• Manage daily workflows, prioritize queues, and assign tasks to ensure timely and SLA-compliant operations.
  


• Conduct quality control spot checks and validate system updates in ProcureAnt or equivalent systems.
  


• Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational documentation and records.
  


• Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues and manage P0/P1 incidents effectively.
  


• Coordinate with warehouse vendors for inventory handovers, staging, stock movement, and discrepancy resolution.
  


• Ensure packaging inventory availability and workstation readiness at the site.
  


• Monitor Work Order (WO) updates and ensure timely status tracking.
  


• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly site performance reports, including operational KPIs.
  


• Coordinate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and warehouse partners to ensure smooth site operations.
  


• Strong experience with inventory management systems and tracking tools such as ProcureAnt, ERP, or WMS platforms.
  


• Proven experience handling and resolving high-priority P0/P1 operational escalations.
  


• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality control and documentation accuracy.
  


• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and KPI reporting.
  


• Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM).
  


• Experience in electronics manufacturing or technology operations.
