Your job
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will work directly with our hotel partners and play a key role in bringing them successfully onto the Get-e platform for use with our airline clients. No two hotels are the same, so this role requires a tailored, hands-on approach and the ability to adapt quickly.
You will combine a commercial mindset with a solid technical understanding to train hotels on Get-e technology and ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. As the primary point of contact for your hotel suppliers, you will build strong, long-term relationships and help drive mutual success. You will report directly to the Head of Hotels and become part of a collaborative and growing Hotels team of around 10 people.
