This role blends strategy with execution — you’ll manage customer relationships, optimize campaign performance, and drive real business impact through recruitment marketing technology.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of accountability for the entire customer journey during recruitment marketing campaigns
• Lead customer communication, ensuring strategic alignment and campaign success.
• Act as a trusted advisor, aligning customers' business goals with VONQ’s recruitment marketing solutions.
• Own the end-to-end campaign setup, execution, and optimization across Google Ads, Social Media, and Programmatic Advertising.
• Analyze performance data, make data-driven optimizations, and ensure campaigns continuously improve.
• Collaborate with your Sales colleagues and your Online Advertising colleagues (Google, Programmatic, Socials) to maximize campaign results.
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities, helping customers scale their recruitment marketing efforts.

• Advertising & Marketing Expert: You have a strong background in online advertising (Google, Socials, Programmatic) and can optimize campaigns for recruitment marketing success. 
• Admin skilled: You can manage/lead multiple projects and stakeholders while keeping a structured, results-driven approach.
• Sales-Oriented: You understand customer needs and can identify opportunities for growth, retention, and expansion.
• Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: You quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, trends, and best practices in HR tech and recruitment marketing.

Actively contribute to our strong team culture by working primarily from our Rotterdam office. While we offer flexibility to work from home, being present in the office is key to staying connected and collaborating closely with colleagues. We’re looking for someone who lives in or near Rotterdam and enjoys being part of a vibrant, in-person team environment with a minimal experience of 5 years in a similar role.
