Online Merchandiser Team Lead

The Team Lead, Online Merchandising is responsible for leading the online merchandising team to drive the sales performance and enhance the digital shopping experience for Suitsupply.com across EMEA, AMERICAS, and APAC. This role combines strategic leadership, team management, and data-driven decision-making to ensure the categories meet and exceed sales targets while aligning with Suitsupply's brand standards. 

What you'll do:

• Strategic leadership: Drive the sales performance by developing and executing innovative merchandising strategies. Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, aligning merchandising strategies with product, marketing, and tech teams. 


• Team management: Lead, mentor, and manage online merchandisers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee team workflows, by Conducting regular team meetings to review performance, share insights, and establish action plans. 

Who you are:

• Strong and proven team management skills  

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

• Great Analytical skills and strong knowledge of Excel 


• Strategic mindset with ability to turn data into growth strategies with a detailed plan 


• Strong verbal and written presentation skills 

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Autonomous and independent, able to manage your priorities and make sure you deliver great work in the established time frames
