Job Description - Onsite Technician




  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

  • Be a productive member of the team.






Requirements



  • Provide 2nd-line IT support to end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and workplace technology issues.

  • Experience with Managed Print Services (MPS).

  • Mobile device configuration and support for Apple iOS and Android devices using Microsoft Intune.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English.

  • Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.

  • Experience providing onsite IT support and working with ticketing systems.

  • Familiarity with Windows OS, macOS, and common business applications.

  • Provide onsite technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.

  • Diagnose, analyze, and resolve end-user IT incidents and service requests.

  • Install, upgrade, support, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment.

  • Perform IMACD activities, including installation, relocation, configuration, and decommissioning of end-user devices.

  • Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory.

  • Deploy software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment tools.

  • Document incidents, resolutions, and activities within the ticketing system.

  • Perform hardware maintenance and asset management activities.

  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a support team.
