Operations Accountant

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordination of the month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting activities in compliance with US GAAP.


• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial exhibits.


• Preparing statutory annual reports for 4 legal entities in accordance with Dutch GAAP.


• Leading the annual tax filing process according to Dutch tax regulations.


• Responsible for Fixed Assets accounting.


• Leading continuous improvements on internal control and Finance processes.


• First point of contact for the internal and external audits.


• Providing business counseling on financial and internal control matters.

What Skills You Need:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration related field.


• Relevant working experience in accounting and internal control.


• Strong communication skills and fluent in English.


• Strong work ethics and drive for continuous improvement.


• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.


• Flexibility and understanding to be able to work with people at different levels, locations and cultures.


• Drive to solve problems independently.
