The position:
The Operations Manager is responsible for the daily management of operational processes within the organization. Additionally, the Operations Manager will serve as a key link between the operations and accounting teams, the U-Freight Group’s global network, clients, and senior management.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Oversee daily operations for smooth execution.

• Lead and support the team, fostering a positive work environment.

• Optimize workflows and improve processes.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.

• Prepare reports and escalate issues to the Operational Director.

• Coordinate with other departments for efficiency.

• Uphold compliance and safety in all operations.

• Salary range between €70.000 – €80.000 gross per annum (full-time basis)
