Innatera is looking for an Operations Specialist to join its Team in Rijswijk. In this position, you will play a crucial role in enabling our (fabless) semiconductor production and sales operations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with production partners, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring seamless purchasing and sales operations. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, sales, finance, and operations teams to drive efficiency and scalability in our supply chain and commercial activities.
Oversee purchasing and sales, including quotes, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring smooth transactions.
Manage incoming online orders, acting as the primary contact for order fulfilment and issue resolution.
Work with office management on order fulfilment of Innatera’s products.
Monitor SaaS subscriptions, optimize costs, and manage software dashboards.
Maintain and update process and policy documentation.
Support trade show participation and organization.
Develop and manage relationships with semiconductor production partners, distributors, and test houses in Asia and Europe.
Benchmark industry standards and advice on production partner selection.
Collaborate with sales on demand forecasting and contract negotiations for high-volume sales.
Negotiate incoterms, capacity booking, lead times, and pricing with production partners.
Act as the main contact between operations, engineering, and production partners.
Travel to production facilities as needed.
3+ years of overall professional experience, including experience in similar roles in the hardware manufacturing industry and ideally in a fabless semiconductor company.
Experience working with fabless semiconductor partners like test houses, assembly partners and semiconductor distributors in Asia
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a role with similar responsibilities, including supply chain management, operations, and commercial support.
Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience setting up ERP systems and CRM systems is an advantage.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Great organizational skills along with a keen eye for detail.
A people-centred approach.
Adaptability and the ability to switch seamlessly between tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, handling interactions with both internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and care.
Be able to come to the office for at least 3 days a week
Great communication skills in English, Dutch and Mandarin proficiency is desirable.
