You will work alongside fellow operators and production employees in a modern greenhouse horticulture environment. Collaboration is key, and new colleagues are properly trained and guided.

What you will do

As an Machine Operator, you ensure the production process runs smoothly

• Setting up, operating, and cleaning production and packaging machines

• Performing basic maintenance and cleaning tasks

• Detecting and resolving minor technical malfunctions

• Participating in the full production process

• Completing production forms and registrations

• Working according to company, hygiene, and safety regulations

• Performing crop protection tasks (after certification)

What we ask from you

• Affinity with horticulture or the green sector is a plus

• Full-time availability (38 hours per week)

• Hands-on mentality and physically active work attitude

• Good command of Dutch, German, and/or English, and basic numeracy skills

• Available to work between 04:00 and 21:00

• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays

• Physically fit and able to work in higher temperatures

• Reliable and keeps agreements

• In possession of a forklift certificate and solid driving experience

• Willing to perform crop protection tasks (after certification)
