We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Opportunity Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support daily operations across the Netherlands and Belgium/Luxembourg. The role requires frequent switching between tasks, handling both operational processing and customer communication (phone and email), while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. If you are a French-speaking professional with strong emotional intelligence and a natural sense of empathy, you could be a great fit for our team. 

Key responsibilities:  

• Process daily pump and sensor orders, warranty forms and WeCare registrations 

• Handle phone-based communication mainly with people with diabetes, wholesalers and healthcare providers 

• Collaborate internally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Support. 

• Ensure timely and accurate handling of incoming requests 

• Actively monitor and follow up on open opportunities to ensure sales progression 

• Ensure a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction in all interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• 3+ years relevant experience 

• Bachelor's degree  

• Strong oral and written skills in Dutch, English and French  

• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone, with the ability to demonstrate empathy when interacting with customers

• Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to change  

• Team-oriented attitude with openness and collaborative spirit  

• Comfortable working in an operational, detail-oriented environment with a significant amount of manual tasks
