Job Description - Oracle EPM Solution Architect (ID:2952)

As a Solution Architect, you will:

Design and implement end-to-end Oracle EPM solutions aligned with business goals and best practices.
Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), including modules such as Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Profitability Management.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define EPM architecture and integration strategies, including interfacing with PeopleSoft Enterprise systems.
Provide leadership and guidance throughout the full project lifecycle — from requirements gathering to solution delivery and support.
Drive architecture and design decisions while ensuring scalable and sustainable system solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:

10+ years of experience in enterprise performance management and ERP solutions.
Proven experience as an Oracle EPM Architect, including hands-on implementation and solutioning across EPM modules.
Solid understanding of PeopleSoft Enterprise functionalities and how they align with Oracle EPM platforms.
Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (preferred) or on-premises implementations.

You should possess the ability to:

Communicate complex technical solutions effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Translate business needs into scalable and robust Oracle EPM architecture.
Work independently while collaborating in cross-functional, international teams.
Stay up to date with Oracle best practices, innovations, and evolving EPM solutions.
