As the Oracle Fusion ERP Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our ERP Oracle Fusion system. Your primary objective is to ensure that the ERP system operates efficiently, meets the business needs of our organization, and leverages its full potential to drive productivity, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.

We are looking to fill this position part-time. This is a permanent position at UBQ Materials.

• Perform regular system updates and enhancements to ensure optimal system performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime.

• Manage system security, access controls, and user permissions.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation and streamlining.

• Implement best practices to enhance business processes using Oracle Fusion capabilities.

• Manage integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and flow.

• Develop and maintain reporting solutions to provide valuable insights for decision-makers.

• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize the ERP system.

• Address user inquiries and issues, offering solutions and guidance.

• Oversee data quality, integrity, and data migration activities.

• Establish data governance policies and procedures.

• Ensure ERP system compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Implement and maintain robust data security protocols.

• Work with Oracle Fusion vendors to stay up-to-date on product developments and resolve technical issues.

• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.

• Monitor system performance, resource usage, and user activity to optimize system performance.
