Painter

Hey! We’re Filip Bricklayer – a tight-knit, family-like team that’s been painting and finishing interiors/exteriors for years in homes, offices, and renovation jobs. We’re busy and need another skilled painter to join us.

What you’ll be up to:

• Carrying out interior and exterior painting in houses, apartments, commercial buildings, and renovations
• Preparing surfaces: sanding, filling, caulking, cleaning, and applying primer
• Working on wood, concrete, metal, plaster, and existing paint layers
• Applying paint with brushes, rollers, and airless spray equipment
• Using latex, wall paint, gloss, stain, impregnation, and specialist coatings
• Masking, covering, and achieving clean, sharp finishes (frames, doors, skirting, stairs, etc.)
• Following colour schemes, specifications, and drawings
• Keeping your workspace safe, tidy, and protected
• Teaming up with plasterers, carpenters, tilers, and the rest of the crew

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1–2 years painting experience (interior/exterior, preferably in construction or maintenance)
• Good knowledge of paint types, preparation methods, and application techniques
• You have (or are willing to get) VCA certification
• Driving licence B
• Flexible with different locations nationwide
• Decent English (Dutch is a big advantage)
• You take pride in clean, detailed work and handle responsibility well – but you also value some freedom to manage your day
