Paralegal

Job title – Paralegal 

Location – Maastricht

This position is part of the Solutions business (Solco), within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital. 

Your key responsibilities

• 
  
  Support compliance investigations by managing documentation, case files, timelines, and audit trails.
  
  


• 
  
  Assist with data protection and privacy activities, including records management, data subject requests, and incident documentation.
  
  


• 
  
  Coordinate and maintain legal processes, repositories, templates, and workflow tracking.
  
  


• 
  
  Support commercial contract processes, including NDAs, contract execution, archiving, and lifecycle management.
  
  


• 
  
  Contribute to business risk assessments and compliance programs across the organization.
  
  


• 
  
  Collaborate with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and compliance teams on a wide range of legal matters.

You bring

• 
  
  3-5 years of experience in a corporate legal department or professional services environment.
  
  


• 
  
  Experience with compliance, data privacy, investigations, or related legal support activities.
  
  


• 
  
  A legal qualification, paralegal certification, or similar relevant education.
  
  


• 
  
  Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured way of working.
  
  


• 
  
  The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
  
  


• 
  
  Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
