We're looking for a Partner Manager to strengthen our team and help fuel our growth. What you'll be doing

As Partner Manager, you'll play a key role in growing Innomotics' business by identifying and developing opportunities in close collaboration with our sales team. After an onboarding period, you will:

• Act as a trusted advisor to our strategic partners, drawing on your expertise in motor and drive technology


• Take ownership of existing partner relationships, tailoring your approach to each partner's specific needs


• Support partners in drafting and executing ambitious business plans that drive future growth


• Collaborate closely with HQ teams and factories across Innomotics to ensure strong performance throughout the business cycle


• Coordinate and resolve issues openly and transparently as they arise


• Help customers find optimal solutions and lead contract negotiations

What you'll need

Required:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in electro-mechanics or a related technical field


• Fluency in Dutch and English


• A result- and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively to customers


• Genuine curiosity about people, business, and motion technology


• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in a similar partner- or account-management role — valuable, but not essential. If you're just starting out, a strong interest in people, business, and technology is the best foundation to build on
