About the role
We are building a Partnerships team that will be a key growth engine within the Revenue organization at SurePay. We want to drive scalable growth by building strategic partnerships with third-party vendors who resell SurePay’s services to their customers. Strong partners act as a revenue multiplier by bringing in multiple clients over time. We currently have a lead partner manager who is focused on building a scalable and predictable partner model. We are now hiring a Partner Success Manager (PSM) to support this next phase of growth.
As a Partner Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners. You will manage and grow existing partnerships by enabling partners through training, QBRs, and pipeline management. You will also own partner-sourced inbound deals, from qualification and contracting through to closing. You are accountable for both gross retention (maintaining existing partner revenue) and net retention (growing revenue via upsells, cross-sells, and new inbound business).
