About the role
This Partner Success Manager (Enterprise), role sits within our Technical department and acts as the technical right hand to our Enterprise Partner Sales lead. You are the person who takes partners by the hand on everything technical: onboarding, enablement, adoption, and ongoing certification on AvePoint Elements. Throughout this contact you build technical credibility to upsell and cross sell. While our commercial team owns the deal, you own the technical relationship and make sure partners are equipped, confident, and active in the platform. Focus is on our Enterprise Partner portfolio across Benelux and the Nordics.
