Role - PCS 7 Engineer (Drug & Packing)

Location - Netherland (Boxmeer)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and deliver automation projects for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical clients, with a focus on Siemens PCS7, Emerson DeltaV, AVEVA InTouch, or AVEVA System Platform.
• Translate client requirements into Functional Specifications and automation design.
• Design systems in line with S88 standards for batch processes and contribute to overall automation architecture.

  EXPERIENCE
  
  10–12 years experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
  Proven experience in design and commissioning of GMP-compliant PCS7 or DeltaV systems.
  Demonstrated experience with GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, and the use of validation lifecycle documentation tools is essential.
  Solid understanding of ISA-88 Batch standards (CMs, EMs, Phases, Recipes, Units, etc.).
  Familiarity with pharmaceutical processes and regulatory environments.
  Proficiency in automation hardware, control systems, and networking technologies.
  Experience with AVEVA InTouch, System Platform, DeltaV, or ABB systems is an advantage.
  Strong leadership skills with previous experience as a technical or project lead.
  Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across complex automation projects.
  Strong communication skills, adaptability in dynamic environments, and the ability to build trust with client teams are essential. Platform
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop system architecture, control philosophies, standard design specs, control strategies, and reusable library elements.
  Deliver and qualify OT network designs and associated system administration and maintenance processes.
  Engage with client-side Process, Operations, Quality, and Technology teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  Provide mentoring and technical leadership to support engineers and project teams.
  Ensure compliance with SDLC, GMP, and pharmaceutical quality management processes.
