What You’ll Do

• Design and implement enterprise-level structures, data models, and application frameworks in Pega PRPC.
• Develop scalable, performance-optimized solutions aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and lead technical teams through the full lifecycle.
• Drive system integrations and ensure seamless alignment with enterprise technology stacks.
• Mentor and support junior developers while championing technical excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• Pega certification – LSA preferred, CSSA considered.
• 5+ years’ overall experience, with at least 2 years in hands-on Pega PRPC development.
• Strong expertise in Pega 8.x (Infinity) and industry frameworks (esp. insurance).
• Agile/Scrum project delivery experience.
• Familiarity with databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL) and web app development.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
