We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant to the CFO & COO to provide high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, international business environment. This role is essential in ensuring the CFO & COO’s office runs efficiently, with strong emphasis on organizational controls, project tracking, reporting accuracy, and effective communication across stakeholders.
The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding coordination and multitasking skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. The role involves overseeing daily administrative workflows, supporting financial reporting processes, and acting as a key liaison between the CFO & COO and internal departments, external partners, and senior leadership.
