Job Description - PMO Lead

As a PMO Lead, you will support theme owners and epic owners in the implementation of strategic themes within the Organisation Management programme. You make an essential contribution to organizing, structuring and monitoring the implementation of programs, themes and epics. You act as a link between content, organization and implementation and contribute to further professionalization through improvement, standardization and automation of working methods.

Tasks and responsibilities

Supporting strategic programs and theme teams within the pRO.
Preparing and coordinating consultations, meetings and decision -making.
Drawing up and maintaining schedules, progress reports and dashboards.
Monitor and report on the progress of epics.
Identifying bottlenecks and making proposals for improvements.
Monitoring actions, deadlines and decision -making processes.
Drafting communication tools, notes and presentations.

Requirements

HBO education and HBO working and thinking level.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar PMO or project support role.
Extensive experience with agile working and change processes.
Proficient with MS Office, SharePoint, Teams and Power BI.
Excellent command of the Dutch language.
