As a Porter/Bellboy you are the first impression for our guests visiting the hotel. Therefore, it is important that you are always smiling to make sure that our guest feel immediately at home. As our new porter/bellboy you are able to assist the guests with valet parking and assisting them with their luggage. Arriving guests are welcomed by you and directed to our reception desk for check in. You are responsible for the coordination of arriving and leaving guests as well as the coordination of taxis. In addition you make sure that our main entrance is always nice and tidy which gives our guest the best first impression.



In this position you are a part of our Front Office team. Our Porters/Bellboys also assist with the rooming of our guests and taking care of our VIP’s. Within this team you make sure that we give our guests a special and extraordinary stay. With your alert attitude you always know what is going on at the main entrance and lobby area and how to exceed the expectations of our guests.

• You have a valid driving license.
• Enthusiasm and motivation to give guests an outstanding first impression of Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam.
• Willingness to help the guests and exceed their expectations.
• Service-minded and a passion for hospitality.
• Preferably working experience in a hotel.
• Flexibility regarding shifts, day/evening and night.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
