Your Role

To strengthen our BeNeLux team, we are looking for a Sales Engineer responsible for Netherlands. You will manage and grow our Geared Motors business in your region, support key customers, and identify new opportunities across various industrial sectors.

You will represent our full Geared Motors portfolio and work closely with our technical experts and international factories. The role offers autonomy, flexibility, and a strong support network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand our Geared Motors business in Netherlands


• Build long‑term relationships with partners, OEMs, and key accounts


• Identify new business opportunities and execute the commercial strategy


• Negotiate contracts and close deals


• Configure and select Geared Motors using internal tools


• Collaborate closely with our factories and internal support functions


• Handle customer escalations when required


• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas


• Promote digital tools and e‑commerce solutions to customers

Your Profile

We welcome both experienced candidates and recent graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar).

You bring one or more of the following:

• Experience in technical sales or business development (a plus, not required)


• Knowledge of motors, rotating machinery, or drive technology (advantageous)


• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team


• Interest in technology and industrial applications


• Ability to manage your own planning and priorities

Language skills:

• Native Dutch speaker (must)


• Strong command of English (required)


• French or German is a plus
