Pre-Construction Manager

William Vaughan Company is helping in the search for an Pre-Construction Manager for a General Contractor based in Holland, OH. They are seeking a skilled individual to join their team. Role:

• Develop detailed estimates and bids for construction projects.
• Review and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Interpret plans and drawings to gather necessary information.
• Perform take-offs to compile data for bids.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and create scopes of work.

Requirements:

• Strong team player with excellent resource, planning, and time management skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SAGE Estimating software.
• Proficiency with take-off programs such as On-Screen or Plan Swift.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in the construction industry as an estimator, manager, or engineer
