The following business objectives must be achieved with the process management system:

Obtaining the ISO9001 certificate

Obtaining the ACM Competence Certificate for Heat Companies

Complying with the GDPR registration obligation for personal data

Having an up-to-date process management system with current process descriptions for the organization of operational business management

The interim process manager has:

HBO or WO education in a technical field or business administration

At least 5 years of experience with energy processes, preferably heat network processes.

Knowledge and experience of ISO and quality systems in general

Knowledge of modeling process diagrams in BPMN 2.0 format

Experienced in conducting process workshops for designing and documenting business processes

Knowledge of the GDPR and privacy legislation

Collaborates with the Business Architect to align goals and results

Is independent in planning and executing the necessary work

Is proactive in determining the necessary activities to achieve the results and involving the required departments and teams.

Contributes his/her knowledge of process design to the structuring of the business processes.
