Procurement Master Data

Your mission is to ensure every piece of data connected to procurement is accurate, updated, and ready to go. As the Procurement Master Data, you´ll maintain and manage all supplier and product information – from vendors and prices to lead times and delivery schedules – making sure everything aligns with our operational needs. You track deliveries, follow up with suppliers, and resolve routine issues to guarantee on-time performance. In short, you make sure the entire transactional backbone of the procurement team works flawlessly and in full compliance with established contracts and policies.

What´ll You Do

• Purchase Order Management

• Maintain confirmed purchase orders in MS Dynamics
• Obtain timely PO confirmations from suppliers and maintain accurate data in the ERP system.
• Delivery Assurance
• Monitor open order status, track deliveries against need dates, and proactively expedite orders as required.
• Operational Issue Resolution
• Resolve basic operational issues, such as invoice discrepancies (matching PO/Receipt/Invoice), minor delivery delays, or documentation queries.
• Escalate complex or recurring issues to the Country lead Procurement.
•   Data Management
• Update and Maintain released products with accurate supplier information
• Update and Maintain Vendor information in our system (MSD)

What You´ll Need

·       Experience 5-8+ years in operational purchasing, procurement administration, or expediting, ideally within a manufacturing environment where precision and efficiency are key.

·       Skills Strong command of ERP systems, with MS Dynamics as a must-have.

·       Exceptional attention to detail, organizational excellence, and clear communication across teams and suppliers.

·       English Fluency, its our working language.
