As a Producer, you will oversee video productions from concept to final delivery, ensuring that every project starts with a clear plan, stays on schedule, remains within budget, and meets our highest quality standards.

You will be the link between creative vision and execution, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working together effectively. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves coordinating creative projects, and knows how to turn ideas into reality.

• Manage multiple productions from planning to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Provide clear briefings, callsheets, and regular updates to keep stakeholders informed
• Lead project meetings and ensure smooth communication across all channels
• Collaborate with creatives, educational designers, camera operators, marketing teams, freelancers, and actors
• Coordinate production resources, including travel, props, voice-overs, crew, and logistics
• Manage budgets and handle contracts with external parties
• Review and approve content to ensure it meets agreed quality standards
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project or content management, preferably in a creative or production environment
• MBO degree or higher in a relevant creative field
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Creative problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Resilience under pressure and ability to manage multiple priorities
