Our Product Department plays a critical role in this mission. We define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with both business objectives and user needs. Through collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams, we deliver impactful solutions that balance user experience with revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and design intuitive user experiences that align with product and business goals.
• Conduct user research and market analysis to gather insights and translate them into actionable designs.
• Develop and maintain design components and contribute to long-term design systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and team members to iterate on designs based on feedback, user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
• Mentor less experienced designers while continuously learning from senior colleagues.
• Optimise designs for engagement, usability, and profitability through data and analytics.
• Use Figma to create and refine user interfaces and interactions.
• Ensure your designs align with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or related fields.
• Proven ability to apply design principles effectively across complex projects.
• Experience conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and incorporating them into designs.
• Familiarity with user analytics tools and a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.
• Experience designing for B2B or SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with strong business communication skills.
