Job Description - Product Manager

As Product Manager Central Customer and Network Strategy, you collaborate with the Decentralized Portfolio Manager, Enterprise Architect, Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, People Developer, and Solution Architect to shape the Portfolio and the ART Data-Driven Network Strategy.

In addition to collaborating within your own team, you work closely with stakeholders from across the entire organization. From IT colleagues to colleagues from various business and operational departments, you will quickly build a large network within Stedin. In doing so, you connect people, ideas, and initiatives and contribute to solutions that truly make a difference for the energy transition.

You support Business Owners from the Asset Management and Customer departments in drafting and refining their Objectives & Key Results (OKRs). Additionally, you facilitate the monthly Business Owner Sync and ensure that priorities and dependencies with other portfolios are properly aligned and managed.

You play a leading role in strengthening collaboration between business, IT, and Change. In doing so, you work proactively on the development of the product and services vision and help guide the further development of the portfolio.

Self-reflection and organizational sensitivity help you to easily liaise with stakeholders, identify opportunities, and seize them with both hands. You feel at home in an environment where not everything is set in stone yet, and you actually get energy from taking initiative, building, structuring, and providing direction.

Which might just make you our new Product Manager Central Customer and Network Strategy:

You have a higher professional or university level of work and thinking, supplemented by at least three years of experience as a Product Manager within a complex organization. Additionally, you have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

You have experience with portfolio management, complex IT landscapes, system integrations, and Agile/SAFe methodologies. You know how to prioritize and effortlessly connect various stakeholders.

Affinity with grid management or the energy sector, asset management, IoT devices, data management, digitalization, customer communication, and marketing automation is a plus.
