Working across their Maritime portfolio to strengthen and innovate the way their product and services are positioned, explained, and brought to market.
Collaborating with Product Managers, Sales teams, and Marketing you will shape portfolio messaging, lead go-to-market execution, develop sales enablement materials, and bring market and customer insight back into the organisation.
Key Responsibilities for the Product Marketing Manager – Maritime position:
Develop and maintain clear, compelling, and customer-centric positioning for the Maritime portfolio across products, services, and solution suites. Translate complex product capabilities, technical pillars, and portfolio components into simplified value propositions, customer benefits, and differentiated market messages. Build messaging frameworks that make the Maritime portfolio easier to understand, easier to position, and easier for Sales teams to pitch effectively. Act as a key link between Product Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure strong alignment on portfolio priorities, messaging, launches, and market activation. Work with Product Managers to understand portfolio strategy, solution pillars, roadmap evolution, and product differentiators, and translate them into market-ready narratives and assets. Lead go-to-market planning and execution for portfolio launches, updates, and strategic commercial initiatives across the Maritime Business Unit. Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, solution one-pagers, value propositions, battlecards, customer narratives, and objection-handling support. Gather and synthesize customer insight, market feedback, and commercial input to strengthen portfolio messaging, relevance, and market resonance. Key Experience required for the Product Marketing Manager – Maritime position:
Proven experience in product marketing, portfolio marketing, go-to-market, or a related commercial role in a B2B technology environment, ideally in telecommunications, cyber security, cloud, connectivity, or managed services. Strong capability in positioning, messaging, storytelling, sales enablement, and translating complex offerings into clear, customer-relevant value propositions, supported by a solid understanding of go-to-market principles, portfolio marketing, buyer needs, and commercial activation. Excellent ability to work across Product Management, Sales, and Marketing in a transversal, influence-based role, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer-centric and analytical mindset, with the ability to simplify complexity, create compelling narratives, and turn market insight into actionable recommendations. Experience in maritime is highly desirable; background in maritime digital solutions or related B2B solution environments is a strong advantage. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
