Product Owner

Davanti Warehousing is the sister company of NewCold,the service provider in cold chain logistics with a focus on development andoperation of large, highly automated cold stores. Davanti Warehousing isspecialized in warehouse logistics and has developed its own state-of-the-artwarehouse management systems. About the vacancy

The Product Owner (PO) is part ofthe Warehouse Management System (WMS) Product Development Team. Keyresponsibilities are to translate the warehouse operational needs/flow intoprocesses. You define/derive technical & functional specifications from enduser to software development and transcribe those into DevOpsEPIC/Feature/Story Points as part of the Product Backlog process for theProduct Development Team. Together with the development team you prioritize& plan for targeted releases.

What will you do?

• Youwork in close collaboration with both the frontend team(Operation/Project/Implementation) for the technical & functionalscoping and the backend team (Product Development). 
• Youown the Product technical & functional feature specifications and areresponsible for drafting/review/signoff,Product Backlog/Definition of Done (DoD) and calibrating priorities with theProduct/Project Manager.
• Youare the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in envisioning and aligning operationalneeds with our WMS software solution for robust development/release.

Who are we looking for?

• Relevanteducation at HBO or University working and thinking level
• 5years of working experience with Agile/safe method
• Knowledgeof WMS systems and the management of logistics processes
• Excellentoral and written communication skills in English (preferably also Dutch)
• Willingnessto occasionally travel internationally and intercontinentally
• Anopen & agile mindset and an inquiring mind

Please note the presence in the office (location Breda) is required 3 days per week.
