Within the Global Customer eXperience (GCX) tribe, we are on a mission to scale our digital and assisted channels across all markets with a best-in-class experience. The OneApp Capabilities squad plays a crucial role in shaping the future of OneApp: the Mobile Banking platform that powers digital experiences across multiple ING countries.
We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner (PO) / Customer Journey Expert (CJE) with a strong affinity for IT delivery in mobile banking to help us bring OneApp Capabilities to the next level. If you are passionate about building scalable digital solutions and enjoy aligning with diverse stakeholders across the world – this might be your next challenge.
Context
The OneApp Capabilities squad is part of the Channel Frontend product, which is at the heart of ING’s global Mobile Banking app, Web channel and Assisted Channels. It supports multiple ING retail markets, such as the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Romania, Australia, Germany, etc. Other product teams within our tribe, and across ING, build their features on top of these shared platforms.
As PO/CJE in the OneApp Capabilities squad, you’ll help define and deliver mobile capabilities that enable top-notch digital experiences across markets. The squad consists of 2 CJEs and 4 mobile engineers (iOS & Android) working from Amsterdam. Together, the team integrates global tech components (e.g. SDKs) into the app, delivers global capabilities – while ensuring reliable releases, high software quality, and the ability to scale OneApp globally.
