About the role:
Within the Digital Product & Experience team, we continuously work on improving the digital experience of our guests. We ensure that our websites, apps, and other digital channels are not only user-friendly, but also commercially effective—from the first moment of inspiration through booking and during the stay.What will you do:
In this role, you take full ownership of the growth roadmap and continuously drive improvements in conversion, engagement, and revenue across our digital platforms. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where testing, learning, and optimizing are at the core of everything you do. With a strong focus on impact, you know how to turn insights into action and deliver measurable results.
Define and lead the growth strategy, focusing on conversion optimization, basket size, experimentation, and scaling successful initiatives
Manage and prioritize your product backlog based on data, customer insights, and business impact, with a focus on quick wins
Identify opportunities across the full funnel—from acquisition to booking—and translate them into concrete product improvements
Collaborate closely with developers, designers, data analysts, marketers, and fellow product owners to drive impactful optimizations
Align with stakeholders such as Marketing, Revenue, IT, and Guest Services to ensure a consistent and commercially driven approach
Monitor performance and translate insights into actions that deliver measurable results
You operate in a dynamic environment where continuous improvement is key. Working from home is, of course, possible, but for a full-time role we expect you in the office in Amsterdam around three days per week to stay closely connected with the team and the business.

A one-year contract with a one-month probation period, with the intention of a permanent position;
A salary between €4,808 and €6,869 per month;
27 vacation days based on a full-time contract*;
