Production Administrator - BASF | Nunhems - Haelen/Nunhem - Temporary contract

To support our mission, we are looking for a temporary Production Administrator who is available to start immediately (28 - 38 hours a week). This role is offered through an external agency for an initial duration of 6 months. An extension may be possible, although this cannot be guaranteed.

Your role

You’ll ensure smooth administrative handling of production processes, from seed shipment to final invoicing.

• Process production contracts and seed administration


• Create and manage production orders in ERP


• Collect QA data and handle payments


• Communicate with growers, internal teams, and external partners

Required Qualifications

Whether you’re just starting out or already have some experience, your drive matters!

• MBO+ level of education or equivalent experience


• Tech-savvy with ERP systems (experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus)


• Fluent in Dutch and/or English (spoken and written)


• Resilient, eager to learn, and not afraid to challenge ideas

Work Environment

You’ll work in a hybrid setup—partly from the office, partly remote. You’ll be part of an international team.
