• Provide first-line technical support
• Implement production improvements (products, processes, tools)
• Document production process changes (ECRs)
• Analyze, advise, and lead defined projects
• Manage E-BOM to M-BOM transition
• Collaborate with internal departments

Report to the Operations Manager

• MBO+/HBO level education
• Project management skills
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge
• Process engineering and optimization skills
• Understanding of internal processes and safety
• English language proficiency
• Strong communication skills
