A completed MBO or HBO degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or (Technical) Business Administration.
Experience in a similar role is a plus, but starters are warmly invited to apply.
Strong social skills, enabling you to guide others in your prioritization and demonstrate persuasive ability.
Good communication skills and proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Every day, you are ready to provide first‑line logistics support to the production department. You do this by following up on logistics actions and performing administrative tasks, such as processing on‑holds. Your focus is on informing and activating your direct stakeholders. In addition, you join the daily management meeting on the production floor to discuss the planning and evaluate the results of the previous day.
You also maintain oversight of ongoing orders in the production departments, focusing mainly on the day planning and backlog. You work closely with the Production Planning Coordinator, who is responsible for the 5‑day planning and communicates with all customer teams. Together, you form a logistics duo within the production team, with the shared goal of achieving the highest possible delivery performance. You are also part of the improvement teams within each factory team, where you contribute to structural improvements and play an active role in implementing them.
Your tasks include:
First point of contact for logistics questions from production.
Careful and timely execution of related administrative actions.
Monitoring progress of production orders in the day planning.
Identifying bottlenecks and contributing to solutions.
Coordinating and communicating escalation issues.
Proposing improvements to optimize planning and factory team performance.
