As a Production Planning Coordinator, you are the key internal link between our production departments and the logistics colleagues within our customer teams. In this role, you will directly contribute to excellent logistics performance and optimal planning of production orders in the factory.

Additionally, we require:
A completed HBO degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or (technical) Business Administration.
Alternatively, an MBO diploma combined with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in a similar role is an advantage, but recent HBO graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage others in your prioritization and decision-making, with a persuasive approach.
Strong communication skills and fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Each day starts with creating the daily production schedule and preparing the planning for the next five days. The focus is on several critical workstations, always keeping the customer’s needs at the center. You will then participate in the daily management meeting on the production floor to discuss the planning and evaluate the previous day's results, with continuous improvement as the goal.
Additionally, you will oversee ongoing orders across production departments and act as a coordinator within the production planning team. As a representative of the manufacturing team, you will provide customer teams with the latest updates during delivery meetings. You understand what customers require and what is needed to meet these demands. When necessary, you will implement changes to the planning and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
You are an active participant within the customer team of the Circular Service Center, where you collaborate with the Enterprise Planner and other team members to maintain an overview of the integrated service planning for our customers. You act as a key link in ensuring timely communication with the production departments. In addition, you proactively contribute improvement suggestions for the department’s processes and workflows.
Other Responsibilities Include:
Creating a realistic daily production schedule with maximum delivery performance.
Monitoring the progress of production orders.
Identifying bottlenecks and contributing to solutions.
Coordinating and communicating escalation issues.
Acting as the point of contact for customer teams in case of changing customer demands or priorities.
Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of related administrative tasks.
Proposing improvements to optimize planning.
Setting, tracking, and measuring KPIs.
