We are searching for the best talent for Production Supervisor to be based in Nijmegen.

Join our manufacturing team as a hands-on Production Supervisor who runs daily operations, motivates people, and keeps safety and quality front and center. You’ll make sure we meet production goals, support continuous improvement, and work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics to keep the line running smoothly!

This role directly supports the production floor and cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement upgrades that make a real difference to output and product quality.

As a Production Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to deliver safe, on-time manufacturing and meet output targets.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to build capability and maintain a safety-first culture.
• Monitor processes and production metrics to ensure quality standards and GMP compliance are met.
• Quickly diagnose production issues and drive corrective actions and improvements to reduce downtime and defects.
• Keep accurate production records and support Device History Record (DHR) reviews with QC and QA for compliant releases.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics to streamline workflows and introduce process or equipment upgrades.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a production environment, including at least 1 year supervising a team.
• Experience in a regulated industry (pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, or manufacturing) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, clear communication, and coaching skills; able to lead diverse teams with respect and fairness.
• Solid knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality assurance (GMP experience helpful).
• Proficiency with manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP, MES) and strong interpersonal skills; works well under pressure.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€53,500.00 - €85,445.00
