At Victron Energy, you will develop and improve production test systems that ensure our products meet the highest quality standards before being shipped to customers worldwide. Based in Groningen, you will work closely with a team of experienced engineers to design reliable and efficient testing solutions.
In this role, you will:
Develop new production test equipment for manufacturing environments.
Create test plans together with R&D Engineers.
Design electrical schematics and test setups.
Work with technologies such as NI TestStand, NI LabVIEW, .NET, and Python.
Analyze test results and identify improvement opportunities.
Support and maintain existing production test systems.
Collaborate with colleagues in R&D, Operations, and manufacturing facilities in Asia.
Contribute to new testing methodologies and continuous quality improvements.

The Production Test Systems team in Groningen plays a key role in ensuring product excellence before our solutions reach customers worldwide.
You will be part of a close-knit team of 5, consisting of 4 Production Test System Design Engineers and 1 colleague providing operational support.
You don't need to meet every requirement to be successful in this role, but the following qualifications and experiences may help you thrive.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Around five years of experience in test engineering, electronics manufacturing, or production environments.
Experience with NI TestStand and/or NI LabVIEW.
Knowledge of production testing, electronic manufacturing, or quality control processes.
Affinity with power electronics or willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills and professional English proficiency.
The ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ownership, initiative, and a structured way of working.
Willingness to travel to Asia once or twice per year when required.
