💼 The Role
We are looking for reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our team. You will help create our daily assortment products, including sushi rolls, poke bowls and onigiri.

Your responsibilities include:

• Producing, processing and assembling sushi and poke items

• Packaging finished products according to quality guidelines

• Following strict hygiene and safety standards

• Keeping your workstation clean and organised

• Working accurately and efficiently according to instructions

• Collaborating with colleagues to keep production running smoothly

• Reporting any issues or irregularities to your supervisor

✨ What We Offer

• Direct contract with fixed working hours and long-term stability

• Competitive salary: gross hourly wage €13.80 – €15.10 (approx. €2,400 – €2,630 gross per month at full-time), depending on experience and job placement, excluding shift and overtime allowances

• Annual salary growth through step increases within the CAO and sector-wide wage increases

• 25+ vacation days plus 120 ATV hours per year (additional paid time off) for full-time employees

Experience in food production – especially sushi or fresh food – is a strong advantage and highly valued. However, it is not required: motivated candidates will receive full training.
