Productmanager with direct sourcing experience

Role Overview: As a Product Manager/Sourcer at Luvion, you'll drive product development and procurement. You’ll oversee the entire process, from market research and competition analysis to sourcing and final packaging. This role offers significant autonomy and responsibility, allowing you to shape your own work approach within a supportive and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product development from idea to market launch.
  
  
  


• Conduct market research, competition analysis, and supplier negotiations.
  
  
  


• Manage both OEM and ODM processes.
  
  
  


• Collaborate with Graphic Designers on packaging and presentation.
  
  
  


• Source products from current and new suppliers.
  
  
  


• Ensure product quality and alignment with market demands.
  
  
  


• You analyze the samples andtogether with the Graphic designers, you ensure the right packaging and presentation.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• HBO degree in a commercial field or equivalent experience.
  
  
  


• Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
  
  
  


• Retail experience with both specialty chains and mass markets.
  
  
  


• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  
  
  


• Experience with consumer products is a plus.
  
  
  


• Willingness to travel to trade shows and suppliers in Asia annually.
  
  
  


• Proficiency in Dutch and English; Chinese is a plus.
