Products Support Specialist Sofia

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (on-site)
Start Date: 2 October 2025
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: MonFri, 08:0021:00 (rotating, 8h/day)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in Dutch & English via phone, email & chat

• Manage orders, deliveries & returns

• Document and follow up on customer cases

• Ensure service quality & team collaboration

Requirements:

• Dutch C2/native + English B2+

• Strong communication & problem-solving

• Customer-focused, detail-oriented

• Interest in tech/health/wearables a plus

• Availability to work on-site in Sofia
