• To ensure coherence between the various initiatives
  
• Setting priorities in relation to capacity and governance choices
  
• Monitor progress and results
  
• Initiate and start new projects and trajectories
  
• The focus is explicitly on realisation power and operational direction.
  

• Actively managing the implementation of the entire programme
  
• Monitoring dependencies between projects
  
• Connecting infrastructure, security, workplace and data processes
  
• Supporting the board and management in prioritisation and decision -making
  
• Identifying bottlenecks and making adjustments where necessary
  
• Initiating new projects
  
• Setting up program management
  
• Integrating information security into all processes
  
• Align with the current Security program
  

Requirements

• A completed HBO/WO education in a relevant direction
  
• At least 3 years of recent experience as a program manager within municipalities or municipal cooperation organizations with at least 5000 end users
  
• Experience with complex ICT programs and digital transformations
  
• Experience in stakeholder -intensive environments such as government or shared service organizations
