Program Manager Maritime

Job Description:

• sales and sales cycles.

• Drive pipeline development and opportunity qualification, working closely with account teams and sales leadership to identify and mature strategic deals.

• Lead and support customer engagements, including workshops, solution shaping sessions, and executive briefings with defense stakeholders (e.g., Ministries of Defence, naval organizations, NATO entities).

• Translate customer mission needs into compelling solution concepts and architectures, leveraging simulation, synthetic training, and digital twin capabilities.

• Develop and articulate value propositions, win themes, and differentiators for bids and proposals.

• Contribute to and support large-scale bids and pursuits, including proposal development, solution design, and customer presentations.

• Build and maintain a strong external network across defense customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to position DXC early in opportunities.

• Collaborate with partners and ecosystem players to create integrated, competitive solutions.

• Provide market insights and feedback to shape the global offering strategy for Defense and Maritime Simulation.

• Support marketing and thought leadership activities, including events, whitepapers, and industry forums.

• Ensure alignment between commercial commitments and delivery capabilities, working closely with delivery and engineering teams.
