We ARE Renewables is looking for a Program Managerfor one of our clients in the energy sector.
As IT/OT Program Manager, you are responsible for designing, setting up, and realizing a new strategic program.
There is no detailed program yet: there is a clear ambition and direction. You translate these into a concrete, executable program with clear business value, coherence, and phasing.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Initiating and building a new IT/OT program, including vision, business value, scope, business case, and roadmap
• Translating strategic ambitions into concrete business value and continuously monitoring and adjusting them
• Structuring the program into coherent, incremental initiatives that contribute individually and collectively to the realization of benefits
• Leading large-scale, multi-year, and multidisciplinary programs with impact on business, IT, and OT
• Setting up and managing governance structures (steercos, decision-making, reporting) appropriate for a program under development
Key Requirements
At least 10 years of experience with program or portfolio management in complex organizations
• Demonstrable experience in setting up and leading large, strategic programs
• Experience in or strong affinity with IT/OT environments and mission-critical systems
• Experience working in environments with high complexity, dependencies, and stakeholder dynamics
