Job Description - Project Controller (all genders)

We’re looking for a Project Controller (all genders) who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to be a part of the most exciting engineering challenges in modern aviation. You’ll be responsible for keeping our most critical projects on track, on time, and on budget. No day will be the same and you will be given a healthy amount of responsibility and autonomy, always supported by the team.

Monitor and control project budgets, forecasts, and cost performance across all phases of development.
Support project managers and leadership with accurate, real-time financial insights and data-driven decision-making.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and KPIs that keep everyone aligned and accountable.
Monitor project health and identify deviations from project plans early, working with teams to course-correct proactively.
Coordinate with finance, procurement, and engineering to ensure robust risk management across the organisation.
Help define and implement best practices in project controlling for a fast-growing aerospace Startup.

A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or similar.
5+ years of experience in project controlling, project finance, or cost engineering — ideally in aerospace, automotive, or product development focused sector.
Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Confidence in working with project management tools (e.g. Excel, ERP systems, proficiency in Microsoft Project is a bonus).
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, can-do mindset.
Fluent in English.
