Project Coordinator Intern

Following the recent acquisition of TIE Kinetix, a Netherlands-based company with 36 years of EDI and e-invoicing experience, SPS Commerce is seeking a Project Coordinator Intern to join our team in the Netherlands. • Play an important role at the front end of operations, helping coordinate intake of all projects with both new and existing users of our 100% digitalized supply chain solution

Day to Day

Reporting to an Operations Team Lead, you will work closely with SPS implementation and sales teams to provide a world-class experience and ensure high customer satisfaction. You'll act as a filter in gathering information prior to assigning work to Implementation Consultants. You'll focus on intake tasks once a project launches, which involves communicating directly with customers to gather required information and prepare them for success in the implementation process.

Required Skills

To be a good fit for the Project Coordinator Internship opportunity, you will have:

• Enrollment in an MBO or HBO program from an accredited institution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate other
• Demonstrated computer knowledge, with the ability to learn new technology quickly
